Pattern 102
Family of Entrances
Context Circulation Realms98
Problem
When a complex offers several entrances, visitors often cannot tell at a glance which one belongs to them; uniform or randomly scattered doors leave people confused about where to go.
Solution
Design every entrance in the complex as part of one recognizable family — sharing a common language but each with its own distinct twist — so a visitor can pick out the right door from all the others at first sight.
