Problem
Someone with no room of their own in the household has nowhere they can close a door and be entirely by themselves. Without that retreat, every person depends on the shared rooms even at the moments they most want solitude.
Solution
Give each member of the household a small room of their own, to arrange as they like and withdraw into whenever they want to be alone and undisturbed.
