Problem
When play areas are separated by streets, children cannot move freely from one to the next. Their world of play breaks apart into isolated islands, each crossing needing an adult to manage it.
Solution
Link the places where children play so they can travel from garden to garden without ever crossing a street, forming one continuous realm they can roam and play in on their own.
