Problem

Fixed playground equipment cannot be changed — you climb it, slide down it, and that's the end of it. Children are left without any chance to build something themselves or reshape their play space by their own ideas.

Solution

Set up places to play stocked with loose material that children can move, stack, and rebuild themselves, instead of fitting them out with finished, unchangeable equipment.
