Problem
Inside large organizations, workers lose sight of the whole and control over their own work; decisions are made far from the people who carry them out. Work becomes impersonal and sluggish.
Solution
Organize work into small, self-governing units of no more than a few dozen people who run their own affairs, rather than folding them into large anonymous companies.
