Problem

Without one designated place for the bulky, rarely used things a household collects, these end up scattered through the whole house — in corners, hallways, under beds — leaving the actual living rooms feeling cluttered. The wish for order runs up against a simple lack of space.

Solution

Set up a single, sufficiently large storage space in a central location in the house, where bulky and rarely used belongings can be kept in order, so that the rest of the rooms stay open and undisturbed.
